Good questions

Before you build

Can I bring my own house plans?

Yes. You're welcome to bring your own plans, and if you don't have any yet, we'll help you design a home that fits your family and your lot.

Where do you build?

Right now we're building new homes in The Village at Conway in Gonzales. If you already own land elsewhere in Ascension Parish, give Bart a call and ask. He'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.

How long does a custom home take?

It depends on the size of the home, the plan and the weather. We'll give you an expected move-in date at the start and keep you posted every week along the way.

How does financing work for a new build?

Most custom homes are financed with a construction loan that converts to a mortgage when the home is finished. Talk to your lender early. We're happy to work with the bank you choose and provide the plans and pricing they need.

Will I be able to reach you during the build?

Yes. You'll deal with Bart directly. As he puts it: "I answer the phone. I answer email."

Do you build commercial projects?

We hold a Louisiana commercial license as well as a residential one. Call to talk about your project.
